The Diocesan Governance Commission

We recognizes that our diocese is being called to be more effective in the ways we advance the vital mission of the Church. This demands new levels of accountability, transparency and the appropriate use of available resources. 

 

This commission will study the way the Curia serves and supports our pastors, parishes, schools, and ministries across the diocese. It will benchmark with other dioceses and study management issues relating to administration, finance and assessments, and operations. 

 

This commission will meet from September – December 2026. Specific dates and times will be determined / published in July.

To achieve our mission, the Commission operates through at least three specialized sub-committees, each focused on a critical pillar of our strategic planning.
